(“ORGANIZER”)

VENUE

All events are held at:
Dubuque County Fairgrounds
Dubuque, Iowa
(Buildings and outdoor areas vary by event)

EVENTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, EXHIBITOR may select interest in one or more of the following 2026 events hosted by Jodi & KT Invite You:

  • Cabin Fever – Sunday, March 8, 2026
  • Old 20 Market | Spring Edition – Sunday, April 25, 2026
  • Old 20 Market | Fall Edition – Sunday, August 30, 2026
  • Fall into the Holidays – Sunday, November 15, 2026
  • Cowboy Christmas – Sunday, November 22, 2026

Acceptance into one event does not guarantee acceptance into another. Booth placement, space availability, and pricing may vary by event.

APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. ORGANIZER reserves the right to approve or deny any EXHIBITOR application to ensure proper vendor mix and event balance.

Upon acceptance, EXHIBITOR will receive an invoice outlining booth size, location, and pricing specific to the selected event(s).

BOOTH SPACE & SETUP

  • Booth sizes, pricing, and availability vary by event and location.
  • One (1) eight-foot table is provided for indoor vendors unless otherwise noted.
  • Outdoor vendors must provide their own tables, tents, and displays.
  • Additional tables may be rented when available.
  • Electricity is available in select locations for an additional fee.

Only one EXHIBITOR per booth space. Booth space may not be shared or resold.

SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN

Standard Setup (All Events Except Cabin Fever):

  • Day-prior setup: Available with times announced within five (5) business days of the event
  • Day-of setup: 7:00 AM – 9:45 AM

Cabin Fever Setup:

  • Day-of setup only: 7:00 AM – 9:45 AM

All vendors must be fully set up and ready no later than 9:45 AM.
Booths may not be dismantled prior to event close unless approved by ORGANIZER.

Failure to comply may impact future event participation.

EVENT HOURS

Public event hours vary by event but generally fall between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
EXHIBITORS are required to remain set up for the full duration of the event.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Invoices are issued upon acceptance via the ORGANIZERS PayPal Invoicing system.
  • Standard payment terms apply unless otherwise noted below.
    • The EXHIBITOR may pay electronically or with a check. Payment is due within five business days of being sent the invoice or EXHIBITOR may have their spot canceled due to non-payment. If EXHIBITOR registers within 5-10 days of the EVENT, payment is due within two calendar days of the invoice being sent. If EXHIBITOR registers within 2-4 days of the event, payment is due within 24 hours of invoice being sent. If EXHIBITOR registers within 24 hours of the event, payment is due immediately of invoice being sent.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.

 

Fall Event Payment Exception

For the following events:

  • Old 20 Market | Fall Edition
  • Fall into the Holidays
  • Cowboy Christmas

Invoices generated on or before April 20, 2026 will have an extended payment deadline through April 30, 2026.

Any invoices generated after April 21, 2026 for these fall events are due according to standard payment terms outlined above.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • More than forty-five (45) days prior to the event:
    EXHIBITOR may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of paid booth fees.
  • Within forty-five (45) days of the event:
    No refunds will be issued.

Refunds are based on the event date selected by the EXHIBITOR, not the application submission date.

If an event must be canceled by ORGANIZER due to circumstances beyond control, fees may be applied as a credit toward a future Jodi & KT Invite You event at ORGANIZER’s discretion.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless EXHIBITOR is an approved food or beverage vendor. Venue concessions are available.

Special dietary needs must be communicated to ORGANIZER in advance.

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

EXHIBITOR assumes all responsibility for their booth, merchandise, and displays.
ORGANIZER, Dubuque County Fairgrounds, and the Dubuque County Fair Association are not liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents.

SALES TAX, PERMITS & INSURANCE

EXHIBITOR is responsible for all applicable sales tax, permits, licenses, and insurance required to operate their business.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement represents the full understanding between EXHIBITOR and ORGANIZER. Submission of this application and payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined above.
